I always pay attention to what people are saying about their colleagues. At the interview I always ask that, in any team interested in working man. More often I hear the answer – a team of professionals. We always say we want to work in a range of professionals. To have been a number of professionals. To be able to learn from them. That they are prompted and helped us. Kinda magic wand-obuchalochki. But unfortunately, when you start asking, ".. and who is professional in your ?..», come across common phrases for which no one will find. So who are these professionals?
I’m always impressed by the word professional. At the beginning of a career path for him, I understand the comprehensive knowledge and skills a person in a certain area. Throughout his professional career, I have not once was a member or student of disputes about who is a true professional. Some said that it is self-sufficient specialist who can do everything from beginning to end. Others said that a man who knows only his own narrow strip of work, but knows it is 100%. See someone who fits these descriptions, unfortunately, still not had. Maybe because it’s too vague terms of professionalism, perhaps because they are not there watching, maybe because it’s impossible to know everything. Whatever it was, eventually formed their views on professionalism. It is based on personal experience and analysis work that has to do, being in different positions.
Analyzing why some achieve results, and others and sit in one place, you can see that the vast majority do not always like what they have to deal, in part or in full. I intentionally said "like". Most people do not like to do what they are bored, do not get that in their opinion does not give the development. To exaggerate more, and the fact that when people say they want to do this they begin to argue that it’s not interesting, boring, and some more and tell us how to do so, that would no longer engage in "dirty work". If people have ideas for change / improvement process in which we operate, they should always listen before finalizing problem that is not negotiable. Unfortunately, the improvement is much smaller than the changes.
Each work is, without exception, has its own interesting and mundane components. Everyone has an opinion about the routine. Imposing the components work on a personal opinion, we get some kind of matrix matching human-specific work. Something completely the same, something is "within tolerance", something beyond the normal limits. Most people work where they have more match the first two counts, namely, in whole or in part permitted. However, there is no work, which like everything. Everywhere and always part of what is not, not interested, bored, etc. What to do then? And here, in my view, manifested by true professionals.
Not once had to deal with the words of colleagues: "I outgrew the job, which is engaged in" or "Yes, how can I know everyone here." On such statements, I am always looking to share a certain distrust. Take the example without reference to a specific project.
The dialogue begins with the words:
"And what exactly is your job?".
The answer, for example: "I am writing test documentation and perform testing on the developed test scenarios."
Next question: "And you really know how to write test documentation is so good, that would say that you all already know here?"
Most of the answer: "I mean, I know everyone in the project."

The conclusion that can be done – people do not think a body. Most professionals, especially young ones, think the plane. They have one goal – to make a nice project. Task in itself, remarkable. The employer only to thank for this attitude. But it’s not all. At work, we must not only work but also to learn …
We have to think a body in three dimensions: 1. Draft 2. Professional development; 3. Career growth. If you think not only about the end result of his work, although that is what leadership is an indicator of your level, and further, if you begin to understand why and what you’re doing. Hence the question arises of how to achieve this goal? No longer think of the routine, or likes / dislikes. Of course, there are professionals who think only in two dimensions. They are not interested in a career. They want to work and improve it where they are. This does not in any way detract from their professional qualities. They are the same professionals, as well as those who grow their career.
Let us try to pass these different areas of professional development at work plane. 1. Work in the project – usually this is the most routine part. After 1-2 months of the project is no longer interested in the way it was in the beginning. And after 6-9 months and did start to bother. This is the reality of life.
